Wedding bells

Mary Claire Houseman and Evan Jennings Fichter recently tied the knot. Their joyous wedding weekend kicked off with a lively rehearsal dinner at The Howell and Dragon in the Dallas Arts District. Guests toasted the bride and groom, and Justin Cash sang and played the guitar. The morning of the wedding, Evan and his groomsmen enjoyed golf and lunch while Mary Claire and her bridesmaids had hair and make-up done followed by a luncheon. The wedding ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Nelson Bell at Highland Park Presbyterian Church followed by a beautiful reception at Dallas Country Club with dancing to In10City Band. A Second Line Dance took the crowd outside as the bride and groom entered a vintage 1949 Rolls Royce, which took them to The Crescent Hotel. The newlyweds honeymooned in Maui a few weeks after their wedding weekend.
